Wente

So my sister lives in San Jose California and she has been really getting into wines lately. She is surrounded by so many wineries (I'm so jeleous). She has been having a great time visiting different wineries in Los Gatos and San Fran. She recently discovered Wente Wines and shared it with me. What is so cool about Wente Winery is that they help you pair the perfect wine with the perfect dish. You can go to their website www.wentevineyards.com and you can see for yourself. One cool thing that I really like was that I can enter what kind of wine I'm in the mood for; such as pinot grigio, and I pick whether or not I am looking for a recipe for lunch or dinner and amazingly they suggest recipes for you to make that will go so well with pinot grigio. How amazing is that? There is nothing like having the right wine and the right dish...that is like a marriage! I plan to purchase some Wente wine and make one of their dishes. Stay tuned for that!
